Saturday 9 August, 2.00-4.00pm (before Prom 31)
Music IntroThe Proms Family Orchestra plays Jazz!

Even so it is likely to be quite tiring I think this will be a very inspiring events and worth the trip

Aimed at children aged 7-plus and their families, Music Intro workshops introduce the concert’s music in an interactive and fun way. Bring along an instrument if you want to play along with the musicians, or just sit back and watch. Either way, you’ll get a taster of the works you’ll hear in the main evening Prom by playing or hearing excerpts of the music.

Whether it's Gershwin or Britten, Sibelius or Shostakovich that tickles your fancy, one thing's certain - by the time you take your seat in the magnificent Royal Albert Hall, you'll know a lot more than you did when you arrived for Music Intro.

Please indicate as soon as possible *

If you wish to take your child(ren) to this event:  we will need a second bus -The first bus has only 47 seats and older participants are always very keen on the London outing
