The daily programme will be as follows with exceptions on arrival and departure days
August 2^nd	Be prepared for a hard day as the full day will be about picking up students booked for Airport’s transfer, On arrival: Registration, being shown your room, audition for new students by Jean-Luc Borsarello and Wiliam Godfree Choice of chamber music groups by Jean-Luc Borsarello, language tests for students taking group tuition Once we have collected all data we will feed our computerized system. It usually takes a good part of the first nigh!
August 2^nd 17.45 - 19.00	Choir with William Godfree
August 2^nd 19.00 - 19.40	Dinner followed by Induction meeting where students will be told what you can expect from your course, rules will be explained, you will meet most of your tutors and you can ask as many questions you need to. Please stay in the Dinning Hall until this part is over
August 2^nd 19.45 - 21.00	Orchestra with William Godfree
August 3^rd to 9^th

16.30 -17.30	String orchestra with Richard Crabtree Or Instrumental or vocal tuition or Language tuition
17.45 - 19.00	Choir
19.00 - 19.40	Dinner
19.45 - 21.00	Orchestra or piano master classes
21.00- 21.45	Conductor’s session feedback
August 9^th All day free	Free day or optional 1. Excursion to London for those booked + Proms concert at the Royal Albert Hall -back at Moreton Hall around 11PM (packed luncheons and dinners and concert’s ticked included) 2. Excursion to the stunning Yorkshire Dales for those booked - back at Moreton Hall for dinner (packed luncheons included)
August 10^th to 13^th	As from 3^rd to 9^th
August 14^th	Missed lessons will be caught up Rehearsals and students’ concert
August 15^th	Missed lessons will be caught up Rehearsals students and tutors’ concert
August 16^th	Missed lessons will be caught up Rehearsals and final concert End of course party
